Shipping & Handling includes a $1.05 handling/processing charge per seller shipment when charged. This charge is non-refundable and is never included in refunds issued by ShopMyNest, including cancellation and return refunds. It is retained by ShopMyNest and is separate from actual payment-provider processing fees. If an item is cancelled before shipment, the refund includes its paid item price and allocated original carrier shipping, with applicable refundable tax, but not the handling/processing charge. The charge is retained once, not deducted again from carrier shipping. After shipment, approved ordinary returns and significantly not as described (SNAD) returns refund the paid item price with applicable refundable item tax only; original shipping and handling are not refunded. The seller must physically receive the returned item before refund processing. Sellers purchase and provide SNAD return labels. For ordinary returns, the seller selects whether the buyer or seller pays for the return label through the shop refund policy. Contact ShopMyNest for non-delivery, inspection disputes or remedies required by law or the payment provider; these rights are not waived. Request a return within 48 hours of verified delivery. For registered split shipments, each order item’s clock starts when all of its purchased units are delivered; another item may have a different deadline. The seller decides ordinary returns under the shop refund policy and has 48 hours to respond. For significantly not as described (SNAD), ask ShopMyNest to review within 48 hours after a denial, or after 48 hours without a response. The seller purchases and provides the return label for approved SNAD returns and for ordinary returns when the seller has selected seller-paid return postage. Otherwise, the buyer pays ordinary return postage. A seller-paid return’s seven-day shipping clock waits for both instructions and the label. An open case keeps the affected earnings on hold. Non-delivery is separate. Statutory and payment-provider rights are not limited.
