Shipping & Handling includes a $1.05 non-refundable handling fee per seller shipment when charged. Approved physical-item refunds return the eligible item cost and original shipping together in one refund, with applicable refundable tax, excluding the handling fee. Items already shipped must be returned and physically received by the seller before refund processing. ShopMyNest provides prepaid postage for approved seller-fault returns and recovers its documented cost from the seller’s unpaid or future earnings. The seven-day return-shipping clock waits for both instructions and the label. An open case keeps the affected earnings on hold. Non-delivery is separate. Statutory and payment-provider rights are not limited.
