Shipping & Handling includes a $1.05 handling/processing charge per seller shipment when charged. The Nest retains this charge to help cover transaction costs, including Stripe fees; it is not an exact pass-through of the processor fee. Before physical shipment, an approved cancellation refunds the paid item price and allocated carrier shipping, with applicable refundable tax, retaining handling once. After shipment, approved returns refund the paid item price and applicable refundable item tax after the seller receives the return. For administrator-confirmed non-delivery, the item refund does not require return of the missing item. Original shipping and handling are ordinarily retained. For a significantly not as described (SNAD) claim, ShopMyNest may award some or all of the captured original shipping and handling after administrator review. Mandatory legal and payment-provider remedies remain available. Sellers specify whether buyer or seller pays return postage; no label is purchased automatically. Unused outbound-label refunds are available only before shipment and remain subject to carrier/account rules and provider confirmation. Report an item issue within seven elapsed days of verified delivery. Each split-shipment item uses the delivery of all its purchased units. Non-delivery does not require a delivery timestamp. Sellers have 48 hours to respond; unresolved SNAD or non-delivery may be escalated after nonresponse or within 48 hours of denial. A decision is due no later than 14 elapsed days after the request opens, including review; referrals do not restart that deadline. Overdue requests go to administrator review, without automatic approval, denial or release of affected earnings. Approved returns, exchanges and provider refund processing may finish after the decision. Return with tracking within seven days of instructions; where the seller pays postage, the clock waits for both instructions and the prepaid label. Case holds remain until resolution. Legal and payment-provider rights are preserved.
